Finding enough below-ground space for stormwater storage can be difficult on constrained urban sites, particularly where excavation depth is limited.
ArborCell® adds a high-capacity storage layer within ArborFlow® systems, providing temporary attenuation while distributing captured water through the rooting environment.
How ArborCell Works
Within an integrated tree pit, ArborCell® creates load-bearing void space for temporary stormwater storage. Captured water is distributed through the rooting environment and released in a controlled way, helping manage runoff while supporting tree growth.

Within ArborFlow® LID tree pits, ArborCell® provides load-bearing stormwater storage and helps control how captured water moves below ground.
Where additional rooting volume is needed, ArborFlow® can combine ArborCell® with RootSpace® to extend soil and stormwater capacity beneath surrounding paved areas.
Used together, ArborCell® and RootSpace® allow ArborFlow® to combine healthy tree growth, structural support and Low Impact Development within one system.
